Overview
FaceRoom is currently hiring a Salon Operations Manager for a new ladies beauty salon opening in Business Bay, Dubai (Bay Avenue Mall).
We are looking for an experienced operations professional with solid UAE beauty industry experience to support the launch and day-to-day management of the salon and its team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily salon operations and team performance
- Manage scheduling, staffing and operational workflows
- Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction
- Support recruitment, onboarding and staff training
- Monitor operational efficiency and team productivity
- Coordinate with management regarding reporting and business development
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, visa procedures and DED requirements
- Manage salon systems such as Fresha / Booksy / Zenoti
- Support the successful launch and operational setup of the new branch
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of beauty salon management experience in the UAE
- Experience managing teams of 10+ employees
- Fluent English
- Strong leadership and operational skills
- Knowledge of UAE labor law, visa procedures and DED licensing
- Experience with salon booking/management systems
- Highly valued:
- Experience with brands such as Tips & Toes, N.Bar, NStyle, The Salon, Nail Garden, Belle Femme, Loft Fifth Avenue, etc.
- Experience participating in the launch of a new salon or beauty concept
- Russian or Arabic language skills
Package
- AED 15,000–20,000/month + performance bonus
- Employment visa provided
- Planned start: end of May / beginning of June 2026
