Role overview
Seeking an experienced, results-driven manager for a gents’ and ladies’ salon at DIFC DAMAC Park Towers.
The manager will handle daily operations and staff management and work to increase salon revenue.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily salon operations and supervise hairstylists, nail technicians and therapists.
- Increase monthly sales through packages and upselling.
- Handle customer service and complaints professionally.
- Maintain staff discipline, schedules and performance.
- Monitor inventory, reduce wastage and ensure high hygiene and service standards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of salon management experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills and a sales-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of hair, nail and beauty services.
- Dubai experience is a plus.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 4,000–5,000 per month, with a performance bonus.
