We are looking for an experienced **Salon Manager / Salon Administrator** to join our **Luxury Ladies Salon** in Dubai.
Requirements
- Minimum **3–5 years of salon management or salon administration experience** in the Middle East
- Strong knowledge of salon operations, appointment scheduling, staff coordination, and customer service
- Experience with salon software, POS systems, inventory management, and daily reporting
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage front desk operations and support the salon team efficiently
- Strong client-handling and communication skills
- Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage)
- A positive, professional attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the salon
- Manage appointments, client records, and front desk activities
- Supervise and coordinate salon staff to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor inventory and place orders for salon products and supplies
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any service issues
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain operational records
- Ensure exceptional customer service and uphold the salon's luxury standards

- **AED 4,500 – AED 6,000** (depending on experience) + Performance-Based Bonus+ commisions.
