We are looking for a **Salon Manager / Senior Stylist** to be the face of our salon operations and the main point of contact between the salon team and the owners.
This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to both **manage the salon and actively service clients**.
You will oversee daily operations, manage a team of 3 stylists, ensure exceptional customer service, maintain salon standards, and help drive the success and growth of the business.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership, solve problems independently, and ensure the salon runs smoothly every day.
***Key Responsibilities - Salon Management & Operations***
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the salon
- Manage, coach and support a team of 3 stylists
- Create staff schedules and manage attendance
- Ensure salon cleanliness, presentation and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
- Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment requirements to the owners
- Manage client complaints and service recovery professionally
- Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed correctly
- Drive team performance and maintain high service standards
- Act as the primary point of contact between the salon and owners
- Identify operational improvements and implement solutions
- ***Technical Hair Services***
- Perform professional blow-dries and styling services
- Create bouncy blowouts, volume styles, waves, curls and sleek styles
- Perform ladies' haircuts and trims
- Carry out hair colouring services (future)
- Apply and maintain hair extensions
- Conduct professional consultations and recommend suitable services
- Support the team during busy periods and step onto the salon floor when required
- ***Requirements Essential***
- Minimum 5 years salon experience
- Previous experience managing or supervising a salon team
- Strong blow-dry and styling skills with hot tool
- Hair cutting experience
- Hair extension experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Experience using Fresha or similar booking systems
- Fluent English
- ***Preferred***
- Existing Dubai salon experience
- Existing client following

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
