Role overview
Salon Helper supporting salon operations, customer service, technicians, and other staff.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage walk-in enquiries.
- Clean and organize the salon, including sweeping floors and sanitizing tools and equipment.
- Support stylists and technicians by preparing clients for services and shampooing hair.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and restocking products and supplies.
- Inform clients about services, products, and promotions, and address their questions or concerns professionally.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, passion for the beauty industry, and ability to work collaboratively.
- Availability for various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Previous customer service or salon experience is a plus, but is not required.
