SALON BRANCH MANAGER

About This Role

We are a reputable salon seeking a qualified Salon Manager with proven expertise in hair treatments to lead a high-performing team, elevate client results, and drive salon growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of UAE experience, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering exceptional service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must be arabic speaking.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the salon.
• Excellent expertise in hair treatments.
• Experience in salon operations.
• Maintain high customer service levels; handle complaints promptly, efficiently, and confidentially, initiating corrective actions as required.
• Ensure quality assurance.
• Implement fresh, effective methods to retain and grow the customer base.
• Supervise staff and ensure branch staff adhere to company rules and service procedures.
• Perform other duties as required by the Owner.
• Identify and prioritize guest needs and determine products or services to meet those needs.
• Handle guests’ complaints and resolve them on the spot.
• Create process-improvement teams by setting targets.
• Provide health and hygiene awareness to staff in monthly meetings.
• Plan, train, and provide resources to the team; integrate management to drive daily process improvements, followed by standardization.
• Evaluate progress against the plan and adjust as needed.
