We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic female Salon Assistant to join our dynamic team.
As a Salon Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the salon while providing exceptional customer service.

Duties
- Assist stylists an with various tasks to ensure efficient salon operations
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries
- Support in-store management by maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the salon
- Perform hair wash, treatments and blowdrys
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance client experience and satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with both clients and team members to foster a positive salon atmosphere
Requirements
- Previous experience in store management or a similar role is advantageous
- Knowledge of hair techniques is preferred but not essential
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour
- Experience in front desk operations within a salon or beauty environment is beneficial
- Proven upselling skills to promote products and services effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members
