We are looking for a

Salesperson - Kitchens

specializing in customized residential kitchen solutions.

The role is focused on engaging directly with clients within the showroom to understand their requirements and provide tailored kitchen designs and solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • :
  • Welcome clients in the showroom and professionally understand their needs for residential kitchen solutions.
  • Advise clients with suitable kitchen designs based on their space, lifestyle, and personal style preferences.
  • Provide complete design consultation and propose functional and aesthetic kitchen solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Prepare and present quotations, design proposals, and solution options.
  • Explain materials, finishes, accessories, and storage systems to clients in a clear and professional manner.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to deal closure.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure accurate execution of approved designs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Ensure showroom displays are well-presented and up to date.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3–7+ years of sales experience in residential kitchen sales or custom interior/joinery showroom sales.
  • Strong understanding of kitchen layouts, space planning, and usability concepts.
  • Ability to translate client requirements into practical and aesthetic design solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of kitchen materials such as MDF, wood, stone countertops (marble/quartz), and hardware systems.
  • Showroom sales experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
