Role overview
Provides technical expertise and sales support to customers in the Cable Department.
Works with clients to understand cable and connectivity needs, recommend products, and support implementation and integration.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare accurate proposals and quotations aligned with client specifications.
- Manage procurement and inventory of equipment, supplies, and services.
- Maintain client, sales activity, and technical support records; prepare sales, feedback, and market reports.
- Follow sales processes and support day-to-day continuity of work.
- Coordinate with sales teams to understand customer needs and promote company products.
- Research prospects and opportunities, develop relationships, and close sales.
- Monitor support for proposed solutions and flag risks to deal closure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration.
- 2–4 years of sales experience; cable industry experience is preferred.
- Negotiation, influence, consensus-building, and sales-closing ability.
- Networking skills and ability to build relationships with clients, industry partners, and internal teams.
- Technical expertise in design techniques, machine usage, repair, maintenance, promotion, and sales.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Initiative, results orientation, and commitment to keeping current with industry developments.
