The salesperson identifies and qualifies leads, consults with clients about Citizenship by Investment programs, and supports business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage leads, conduct consultations, guide prospects through options, follow up with clients, and prepare proposals.
- Coordinate with legal and operations teams to facilitate applications; maintain CRM records and meet sales targets.
- Take part in marketing and networking to expand the client base.
- Track program changes and regulatory requirements to communicate accurate, compliant information.
Qualifications
- Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and high-value client pipeline experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- Comfort with CRM systems, lead tracking tools, and basic digital communication platforms.
- Experience in financial services, legal services, real estate, or international immigration is highly beneficial.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- English fluency is required; additional languages are advantageous.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Integrity, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity with diverse clients.
