About the Role

Lecmo Perfume is looking for motivated and customer-focused

Sales Associates

to join our luxury perfume retail team.

The ideal candidates are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales targets, and representing a premium brand with professionalism and elegance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers in a warm and professional manner.
  • Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable fragrances.
  • Present products confidently and explain their features and benefits.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
  • Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
  • Assist with opening and closing store procedures.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Promote ongoing campaigns, offers, and loyalty programs.
  • Follow company policies and maintain high standards of appearance and conduct.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs.
  • Professional appearance and presentation.
  • Fluent in Arabic; English is an advantage.
  • Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury perfumes, cosmetics, beauty, fashion, or premium retail.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to create memorable customer experiences.
