Role description
Full-time, on-site salesperson position based in Ajman Emirate, UAE.
Develop business and client relationships and promote pipe isolation, modification, calibration, testing, and maintenance services.
Role responsibilities
- Identify new business and nurture existing client relationships; promote the company’s services.
- Meet clients on-site, prepare and present proposals, and coordinate with technical and operations teams.
- Follow up with leads by calls, emails, and site visits; manage the pipeline, negotiate contracts within guidelines, and maintain sales records.
- Monitor market trends, participate in industry events when required, and support sales strategies and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer relationship skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and account management.
- Ability to explain technical concepts related to mechanical engineering, pipe modification, and calibration services.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Comfort engaging with clients on-site across industrial, commercial, and residential environments in the UAE.
- Basic proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools and office software.
- Previous B2B sales experience, preferably in engineering services, industrial maintenance, or calibration.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the UAE for client meetings and site visits.
- A business, engineering, or related diploma or bachelor’s degree is preferred; equivalent practical experience is accepted.
- Commitment to ethical sales practices, safety standards, and collaboration with operations and technical teams.
