Overview
1.
Develop new customers and business opportunities in the Saudi market;
2.
Follow up on project opportunities, conduct business negotiations and support deal closing;
3.
Focus on industries such as temporary construction facilities, modular buildings, building materials, steel, concrete, engineering support services, construction equipment, industrial projects and infrastructure projects;
4.
Develop and maintain relationships with main contractors, subcontractors, developers, project owners, procurement managers, project managers, site managers and building material traders;
5.
Generate new leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, site visits, offline customer visits, industry networks and referrals;
6.
Track customer requirements, quotation feedback, competitor information, payment terms, delivery requirements and project progress;
7.
Collect market information, maintain customer records and report project opportunities to the company;
8.
Be able to join quickly and start customer visits and market development work independently.
Skills
1.
Fluent Arabic and good English communication skills are required.
Chinese language ability is a plus;
2.
Previous sales or business development experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC market is preferred;
3.
Preferred industry background includes temporary construction facilities, modular buildings, building materials, steel, concrete, engineering support services, construction equipment, industrial projects or infrastructure projects;
4.
Existing customer resources with main contractors, subcontractors, developers, project owners, procurement managers, project managers or building material traders are highly preferred;
5.
Familiar with the Saudi market, especially Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and other key regions;
6.
Preferably under 35 years old, energetic and able to handle frequent customer visits and project follow-ups;
7.
Strong ability in customer development, project follow-up, business negotiation and field sales activities;
8.
Able to develop new customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, offline visits and industry networks, and continuously follow up project opportunities until closing;
9.
Candidates with valid Iqama, transferable Iqama or existing Saudi work permit are preferred;
10.
Must be able to accept that accommodation, meals and company vehicle are not provided.
