Role overview
Dual-role position selling and delivering water and liquid beverages across an assigned territory.

Key responsibilities
- Pitch products to existing and new B2B retail outlets and maximize sales volume per route.
- Drive the company delivery vehicle safely and complete timely daily deliveries on designated routes.
- Build relationships with store managers, procurement staff, and stock keepers to secure shelf space and consistent orders.
- Maintain product displays, pricing, and FIFO rotation to limit expiry and damage.
- Collect cash, checks, or digital invoice payments accurately and reconcile daily collections with accounting.
- Monitor competitors, prices, and product launches in the territory and report findings to the Sales Manager.
Requirements and qualifications
- At least 2–4 years as a Salesman Driver or Route Sales Representative in F&B.
- Bottled water, juice, or liquid beverage sales experience is highly preferred.
- Valid, clean driving licence suitable for the commercial vehicle; the posting specifies a number 3 licence held for more than six months.
- Proven sales-target achievement, shelf-placement negotiation, and objection handling.
- Strong knowledge of local routes, retail clusters, and distribution networks.
- Ability to lift, load, and unload heavy crates or cartons daily.
- Strong spoken English is required; Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam is an advantage.
Performance indicators
Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales-volume quotas.
Complete assigned routes on time with minimal missed stops.
Open the target number of new retail accounts each month.
Maintain zero discrepancies in daily cash and credit collections.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,000–2,500 per month.
