Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products or services to potential and existing customers.
• Identify sales opportunities and develop new customer accounts.
• Visit customers and explain product features, benefits, and prices.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Maintain customer relationships to support satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare sales quotations, invoices, orders, and other required documents.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, payments, and deliveries.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records, customer information, and daily reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and sales guidelines.

Role requirements

• Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
• Product knowledge.

Pay

• Pay is QAR 1,700–1,900 per month.

• Work is in person.
