Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on **Salesforce Technico-Functional Lead** who combines strong technical expertise with functional consulting and project leadership capabilities.
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, bridging business needs with technical execution to deliver impactful Salesforce solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
This is a hands-on lead role; you must be comfortable engaging directly with customers to gather requirements, designing scalable solutions, and remaining actively involved in implementation activities.
**Qualifications** **Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting and project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce data management tools.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator is required; Platform Developer, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant certifications are preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills are required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Proven experience in both functional and technical roles and open to travel on a mission basis.
Stakeholder & Business Management
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of business processes.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding project status and timelines.
- Create and maintain documentation for customizations and configurations, and conduct training sessions for users and administrators.
Team Leadership & Project Delivery
- Lead end-to-end project delivery while staying up to date with Salesforce releases and recommending enhancements.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the integrity and quality of solutions, debugging and resolving issues as they arise.
- Provide ongoing support and implement enhancements to optimize Salesforce usage across the organization.
Technical Execution & Implementation
- Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions, including data models, user interfaces, and integrations.
- Implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
