Shape Salesforce product work for banking, balancing user needs, business value, risk, and platform health.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce backlog.
- Translate roadmap priorities into user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria with the Technical Product Manager.
- Partner with Salesforce architects, developers, and administrators through design and delivery.
- Lead user acceptance testing and validate solutions in banking scenarios.
- Drive adoption through demos, training, and feedback, and track results.
- Present to daily users, executives, and the board.
- Include security, privacy, and compliance in requirements and testing.
What you bring
- Experience as a Salesforce Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or senior Business Analyst.
- Strong Salesforce knowledge across configuration, automation, reporting, data, and integrations.
- Banking experience within a bank or delivering Salesforce to banking clients.
- Record of backlog ownership and delivering improvements with sustained adoption.
- Ability to facilitate stakeholders and communicate confidently across levels.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Business Analyst, Platform Administrator, or App Builder certification; Sales Cloud or Financial Services Cloud experience.
Location and work arrangement
- Hybrid role with 3–4 days per week onsite in Plano, Texas.

Compensation
- Pay is $129,500–$170,000 per year.
