Full-time, on-site Salesforce Solution Architect role based in Jiddah.
Designs Salesforce solutions aligned with client business objectives and industry best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
- Gather and refine stakeholder requirements; translate business processes into technical designs.
- Lead architecture across Salesforce clouds and integrated systems, and guide development teams.
- Review implementations and oversee configuration, customization and deployment.
- Ensure data integration and system interoperability.
- Provide consulting support, conduct impact and feasibility analyses, and prepare technical documentation.
- Contribute to platform optimization, governance and standardization.
Qualifications
- Strong Salesforce solution architecture skills, including enterprise design for scalability, security and performance.
- Consulting and stakeholder-management experience, including requirements workshops.
- Hands-on Salesforce development with Apex, Lightning Web Components and Visualforce, plus configuration skills.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices; integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware and third-party applications.
- Business-process analysis and design, including workflow, automation and data-model optimization.
- Salesforce architecture, developer or consultant certifications are highly beneficial.
- Enterprise experience, preferably in technology consulting or outsourcing in the Middle East.
- Strong communication, documentation and problem-solving abilities; collaborative approach and willingness to mentor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
