Role Overview
Join ConX.Digital's Salesforce practice to design and deliver solutions for clients across the Middle East.
The role is based in Dubai and supports upcoming client projects; start dates depend on project confirmation.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and workshops to understand business goals, requirements, and existing systems.
- Own solution design across Salesforce CRM and/or Digital clouds, according to expertise and project needs.
- Translate requirements into designs for business processes, data, security, and integrations.
- Help clients choose approaches that balance business value, platform capabilities, and delivery effort.
- Agree priorities, delivery phases, and acceptance criteria with consultants, developers, and project managers.
- Guide delivery in the area of expertise and work with other specialists as needed.
- Support testing, release readiness, and solution quality.
- Contribute to proposals, estimates, and solution planning for new opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Salesforce experience, including ownership of solution design and delivery.
- Strong experience in Salesforce CRM clouds or Digital clouds; experience across both is a plus.
- Confidence leading client workshops and explaining decisions to business and technical stakeholders.
- Sound understanding of Salesforce capabilities, data, security, and integrations within the area of expertise.
- Experience guiding delivery teams; consulting-environment experience is ideal.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications are welcome alongside practical delivery experience.
- Candidates may focus on functional or technical architecture, but should bring depth in their area and work confidently with other specialists.
Architecture Focus
- Functional architects lead discovery, design business processes, and translate requirements into solutions while guiding delivery with technical specialists.
- Technical architects define implementable architecture, make platform and integration decisions, and guide developers through delivery.
