The role calls for 8 or more years of hands-on experience with end-to-end implementations involving Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and LWC development.
Salesforce and AI delivery
- Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, Apex, Flows, and integrations.
- Automate complex business processes and customer interactions.
Technical leadership and delivery
- Guide developers through mentorship and technical direction.
- Conduct high-level design and code or design reviews to ensure quality and alignment with project goals.
- Resolve complex technical issues and escalations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions.
Qualifications
- Have 8 or more years of hands-on end-to-end Salesforce implementation experience across Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and LWC development.
- Hold Salesforce Certified Developer (PD1) and Salesforce Admin credentials.
- Have backend development and high-level design experience.
- Demonstrate strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
