  • What You’ll Do:
  • 🔧 Platform Administration & Configuration
  • Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security models
  • Configure and maintain custom objects, validation rules, approvals, and Lightning pages
  • Build and optimize advanced Flows and automation frameworks
  • ⚙️ Automation & Light Development
  • Design scalable solutions using Flow and platform tools
  • Build and maintain lightweight Apex (classes, triggers, test classes) and SOQL
  • Support basic Lightning Web Components (LWC) where needed
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI-driven automation
  • 🚨 Production Support & Continuous Improvement
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and data issues
  • Execute controlled configuration and metadata changes
  • Contribute to root cause analysis and preventative solutions
  • Partner with Tier 2 teams on runbooks and knowledge transfer
  • 🤝 Collaboration & Enablement
  • Work across teams to drive best practices and process adoption
  • Provide training, documentation, and guidance to users
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend platform enhancements
  • Salesforce Flow (advanced)

  • Exposure to Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • ✅ Experience supporting production environments (incident resolution, RCA) ✅ Strong communication skills with experience training and influencing stakeholders ✅ Experience with integrations and/or automation tooling ✅ Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • Salesforce certifications ( Administrator, Platform App Builder )
  • Experience with AI automation / Salesforce Einstein
  • Exposure to DevOps or deployment tools
