Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Billing, Subscription Management, and Product Catalog Management solutions.
• Build and maintain Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Build OmniStudio solutions using OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Calculation Procedures.
• Develop custom solutions with Apex, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, and Platform Events.
• Configure pricing, product rules, approvals, subscriptions, contracts, and billing processes.
• Develop ERP and external-platform integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and event-driven architecture.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions with architects and business teams.
• Support DevOps and release management using Git and CI/CD tools.

Required Skills

• Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Billing, Subscription Management, Revenue Lifecycle Management, Product Catalog Management, and Quote-to-Cash.
• Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), OmniStudio, OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, Platform Events, Custom Metadata, Security and Sharing, and Data Modeling.
• Git, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD. Copado is preferred.

Experience Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 3+ years of Salesforce Revenue Cloud or CPQ experience.
• 2+ years of Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) or OmniStudio experience.
• Experience implementing enterprise-level integrations and Quote-to-Cash solutions.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Preferred Certifications and Industry

• Preferred certifications include Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Revenue Cloud Accreditation, and Salesforce Industries Developer.
• Salesforce Integration Architect and Copado Fundamentals or Developer certifications are preferred.
• Telecommunications industry experience is preferred.
