Salesforce Delivery Lead

You’re a confident delivery leader who knows how to bring people, priorities and technology together. You’re comfortable moving between strategic roadmap conversations, sprint-level delivery and day-to-day people leadership.

You’ll bring:

Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, Product Owner or Agile Project Manager

Demonstrated people management experience, including recruitment, performance management and team development

Experience delivering Salesforce projects or leading Salesforce platform teams

A strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration and administration

Experience working in an agile environment with frameworks such as SAFe, Nexus or LeSS

Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management skills

Experience working with cross-functional technology teams

Confidence using Jira, Confluence, Service Desk and Advanced Roadmaps

The ability to communicate clearly across technical and business audiences

Experience delivering a major capability uplift or working within financial services or another regulated environment would be highly regarded
