About This Role
Senior Salesforce (SFDC) Business Analyst – Onsite UAE
Location: UAE (Onsite)
We are looking for a Salesforce (SFDC) Business Analyst.
Key Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Proven experience in end-to-end Salesforce implementations
- Experience in Lead-to-Order lifecycle (Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Order)
- Exposure to Salesforce Marketing & Life Sciences (preferred)
- Experience in ERP integrations (Oracle EBS preferred)
- Strong understanding of APIs, data mapping & system integrations
- Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
Role Highlights:
- Lead requirement gathering, design, and implementation
- Drive Salesforce transformation initiatives
- Manage SIT, UAT, data migration, and go-live support
Experience:
- Salesforce: 3 years (Required)
- Business Analyst: 5 years (Required)
- Sales Cloud: 3 years (Required)
Work Location: In person
