Key Requirements
- 4–8 years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience as a Business Consultant or Functional BA
- Demonstrated delivery across Salesforce Sales Cloud (mandatory) and at least one of: Marketing Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud
- Proven ability to operate independently in fast-paced, multi-workstream environments without micromanagement
- Experience in ERP integrations (Oracle EBS strongly preferred) with working knowledge of API-based integration patterns
- Strong command of Salesforce declarative tools: Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Permission Sets, Roles, and Sharing
- Solid understanding of data models, object relationships, and cross-module data governance in Salesforce
- Excellent documentation skills: BRDs, FRDs, process maps, user stories, and solution architecture summaries
- High responsiveness and structured communication — known for following through without being chased
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments with sprint-based cadences
