Requirements
- 10+ years of overall and relevant Salesforce experience
- Act as Scrum Master, ensuring effective Agile delivery
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and impediments
- Coach teams to improve Agile maturity and best practices
- Support program-level planning, tracking, and reporting

- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
