Role overview

Solution and client leadership

• Define scalable solutions across Salesforce, Agentforce, SaaS products, and web technologies; advise on declarative or custom approaches.
• Design Agentforce agents, topics, actions, and prompts, setting proactive security, accuracy, and responsible-use guardrails.
• Build client stakeholder relationships, understand goals and constraints, and facilitate discovery workshops using the NorthStar framework.
• Own the roadmap and backlog; translate needs into epics and user stories with measurable value and clear acceptance criteria.
• Lead delivery planning, refinement, sprint demonstrations, cross-functional coordination, and issue resolution through go-live.
• Explain solution options and trade-offs, manage expectations, lead acceptance testing, validate outcomes, and prepare client teams for handoff.
• Monitor delivery risks and gaps, identify opportunities beyond current scope, and partner with sales on follow-on work and account planning.

Required experience

• At least 7 years designing complex Salesforce solutions using standard capabilities and Salesforce-friendly customizations.
• At least 4 years of professional-services consulting experience leading strategic engagements; product-owner experience is ideal.
• Experience owning solution vision on complex, multi-stakeholder engagements spanning multiple technology stacks.
• Experience owning and prioritizing backlogs, defining acceptance criteria, leading Agile teams, writing user stories, and running sprint demos.
• Fluency in Agentforce, including agent design and proactive guardrails; hands-on Salesforce declarative tools experience.
• Experience leading client discovery workshops and teams across time zones without formal reporting lines.
• Comfort presenting to C-suite stakeholders and leading enterprise engagements; strong written, verbal, and technical communication.

Preferred qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as App Builder, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Agentforce Specialist, plus an Agile certification such as CSPO, CSM, or equivalent.
• Experience leading $1M+ programs or large enterprise initiatives; industry experience in Financial Services Cloud, insurance, or transportation.
• Experience writing Agentforce prompts using Data Cloud; knowledge of managed package development, AppExchange, Lightning Design System, or Classic-to-Lightning migrations.
