Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements related to Support Salesforce.
  • Design and configure Salesforce solutions based on identified business requirements, leveraging declarative tools and customization. Ability to configure Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Public Groups, etc. Creation of new Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Page layouts, Lookup relationships, etc. Configure approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
  • Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups
  • Understand data flow, structure, and mapping. Ensuring data integrity and completeness.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of Salesforce solutions, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate user acceptance testing.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption of Salesforce within the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the use of Salesforce in various business processes.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce features, updates, and best practices to continuously enhance system capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certifications will be preferred.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configurations, customisations, and integration concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Certification in Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud will be an advantage.
  • Willing to work in overlapping US hours until 11:30 PM (IST)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certifications will be preferred.
