As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll support the technology that helps our VIP teams deliver exceptional experiences to our customers. You’ll configure and enhance Salesforce, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and ensure our VIP Hosts and Player Development teams have the data and tools they need to succeed. Working cross-functionally with Analytics, Data Engineering, and other stakeholders, you’ll combine hands-on Salesforce expertise with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

Configure, maintain, and enhance Salesforce functionality, automated flows, reporting, dashboards, user access, and more.

Partner with VIP stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Troubleshoot user issues and provide day-to-day support to stakeholders with varying levels of Salesforce proficiency.

Collaborate with Salesforce Development, Analytics, and Data Engineering on integrations, new data points, and complex technical solutions.

Use SQL and Snowflake to query and validate data while maintaining accuracy and integrity across Salesforce.

Test and launch system enhancements while identifying opportunities to improve tools, processes, and user adoption.

What you’ll bring

At least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce administration, sales operations, or related experience.

An active Salesforce Administrator certification.

Strong proficiency with Salesforce Flow Builder, reports, dashboards, user administration, and data management.

Working knowledge of SQL and experience using Snowflake or a comparable cloud data platform, along with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.

Familiarity with Apex and Salesforce development concepts, including when to partner with a developer.

Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and analytical problem-solving skills, with a proactive desire to learn and improve.
