As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented
Sales Ticketing Agent
to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage domestic & international flight bookings using
GDS (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo)
- .
- Handle ticket issuance, reissues, refunds, and exchanges.
- Provide accurate fare quotes and manage PNRs.
- Assist customers with itineraries and travel inquiries.
- Coordinate with airlines, suppliers & internal teams.
- Maintain records and ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Ticketing Agent or similar role.
- Knowledge of at least one GDS system.
- Strong communication & customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to manage last-minute changes professionally.
Qualifications
- **Preferably English & Arabic speaker**

- 1–2 years of experience in Travel & Tourism or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree (Tourism-related preferred).
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and basic computer applications.
