Language Required : English/ Hindi/ Sinhala/ Bangla/ Japanese
- Sales & Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential clients, handle incoming queries, generate leads, and follow up on marketing campaigns.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport, understand needs, recommend solutions, process orders, and upsell/cross-sell products.
- Account Management: Maintain existing customer satisfaction, handle complaints, and ensure repeat business
- Reporting & Admin: Accurately log all call details, customer information, and sales in the CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales quotes.
