Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced **Sales / Technical Supervisor** to join our growing team specializing in **car window tinting, Paint Protection Film (PPF), and nano ceramic coating**.
The ideal candidate should have strong **technical knowledge** of installation processes and the ability to **drive sales, manage staff, and ensure high-quality service delivery**.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of tinting, PPF, and nano-ceramic coating services
- Ensure high-quality installation and customer satisfaction
- Manage and train technicians to maintain premium workmanship
- Handle client inquiries, consultations, and upselling services
- Achieve monthly sales targets and increase revenue
- Maintain inventory and coordinate with suppliers
- Resolve customer complaints professionally
- Ensure workplace cleanliness and safety standards
- **Salary:** AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 (Based on experience) + Incentives
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Experience
- Supervisor: 4 years (Required)
- Tinting: 5 years (Required)
- PPF: 3 years (Required)
- Nano Ceramic Coating: 3 years (Required)
