Responsibilities
- Managing the sales department
- Training, monitoring, and analyzing the team's performance
- Organizing and conducting effective negotiations
- Maintaining reports and records in the CRM system

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager / Head of Sales
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
- Ability to motivate a team and drive results
