AMMT is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented

Sales Team Leader

to lead our Medical Division.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the UAE medical equipment industry and a proven ability to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and build strong relationships with healthcare providers and international partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, business plans, and KPIs to drive sustainable growth.
  • Leverage existing industry relationships and establish new partnerships to expand the company's market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, government entities, distributors, and healthcare professionals across the UAE.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.
  • Manage the complete tender process, including submissions, negotiations, contract management, and successful project closures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical business practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or Medical related field.
  • **4 – 6+ years of experience**
  • in medical equipment sales within the UAE.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or team management role is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in business development, agency onboarding, and market expansion.
  • Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Well-established network within the UAE healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, and key decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of UAE healthcare procurement processes and tender management.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
