About This Role
We’re Hiring: Team Leader – B2B Outdoor Sales (Etisalat Channel partner)
Are you a driven sales professional with strong leadership skills? Ready to take your career to the next level? Join our dynamic team as a Team Leader for Outdoor Sales and lead high-performing sales executives in the telecom sector!
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, manage, and motivate a team of outdoor sales executives
* Drive daily sales targets and ensure consistent performance
* Monitor team productivity and provide coaching & support
* Develop field sales strategies to maximize revenue
* Report performance metrics to management
* Proactively hunt for new clients and business opportunities to expand the customer base
Requirements:
* Proven experience in telecom outdoor sales (Etisalat/Du experience preferred)
* Minimum 1–2 years in a team leader or supervisory role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales
* Valid UAE driving license is a plus
* If you can bring your own team a great plus point
