PRT Electronics Trading LLC is looking for a **high-performing and experienced Sales Team Leader** with **5–10 years of proven telecom industry experience Preferably in Du company or in any of Du channel partners** to join our growing organization.
The ideal candidate will bring strong **sales team leadership**, the ability to motivate teams, and a proven track record of driving sales performance and business growth.

Candidate Requirements
- **5–10 years of experience in Du company or in any of Du channel partners** (mandatory)
- **Telesales/Telemarketing experience** (minimum 3 years preferred)
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and performance management skills
- Ability to reliably commute within Dubai or relocate before joining
- Strong customer relationships skills
