About The Role
We are looking for a Sales Team Leader who will take on the role of a
“player-coach.” This position combines strategic team leadership with
direct client work.
The sales team currently has 8 agents, with a target of growing to 15.
Your key mission will be to ensure consistent achievement of sales
targets by building a high-performing and motivated team.
You will
inspire, engage, and energize the team, fostering a strong resultsoriented
culture.
Beyond hitting short-term goals, we are looking for someone who can
shape the long-term growth of the team: setting the direction, driving
continuous improvement, and building a culture of performance and
accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and manage a growing sales team
- Ensure the achievement of the team’s sales targets
- Motivate and inspire the team to sustain high performance and
- commitment to results
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and training to strengthen
- sales capabilities
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline within your team’s scope,
- ensuring high-quality execution at every stage
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., portfolio,
- accounts, after-sales) to maximize results
- Actively work with clients yourself, leading by example and closing
- key deals
- Drive the long-term growth of the sales function by setting strategy,
- improving processes, and raising overall performance standards
Requirements
- Proficiency in English and Russian/Serbian (additional languages are
- a plus)
- Valid driving license (B category) and readiness for fieldwork
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams to
- strong results
- Strong leadership and motivation skills: able to inspire, coach, and
- energize a team
