BHQ International Marketing is hiring an experienced Sales Team Leader to lead its sales force and achieve outstanding results.
Telecom experience is preferred, particularly experience with DU or Etisalat.
Workplace and Employment
- The role is full-time.
- Work location is in person in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
- Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance.
- Coach team members to improve sales techniques.
- Generate leads and support the team in closing sales.
- Prepare and monitor sales reports and KPIs.
- Ensure company sales procedures and standards are followed.
Requirements
- Have proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or Sales Supervisor.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Be target-driven with a strong sales mindset.
- Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- UAE telecom industry experience, preferably with DU or Etisalat, is preferred.
- UAE sales experience is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,500 to AED 6,000 per month.
- The offer includes commission, incentives, and performance-based rewards.
