Responsibilities

• Work as part of a small team to provide an exceptional customer experience and meet bakery needs.
• Sell fresh, high-quality products using proven sales techniques.
• Merchandise products and execute marketing campaigns.
• Keep the bakery clean and assist with production as needed.
• Guide the team to achieve sales goals and maintain clean, well-merchandised premises.
• Order stock and keep it organized and maintained.
• Train new staff, prepare for campaigns, and work with management to support efficiency.

Skills and physical requirements

• A positive attitude, friendly demeanor, reliability, self-motivation, approachability, and teamwork are sought.
• Relevant retail experience and point-of-sale transaction experience are assets.
• At least one year of supervisory experience is required.
• Work involves continuous standing and walking, frequent lifting and carrying up to 7.5 kg, and occasional lifting and carrying up to 22 kg, as well as reaching, bending, turning, pushing, pulling, and crouching.

Wages and benefits
