Helpline Group seeks an experienced, results-oriented Head of Sales to lead and supervise the sales team.
The role focuses on team productivity, individual performance, sales targets, and accountability through follow-ups and performance reviews.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the sales team's daily activities.
- Assign sales targets, leads, and responsibilities to team members.
- Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs and revenue targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and follow-ups.
- Guide, motivate, and coach team members to improve performance and conversions.
- Ensure timely client follow-ups, proposal submissions, and deal closures.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
- Track sales pipeline, lead status, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth client handling and service delivery.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, CRM procedures, reporting standards, and escalation processes.
- Support the team in resolving client issues and major sales escalations.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of sales experience; team leadership experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage, motivate, and improve team performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in target setting, KPI monitoring, and sales reporting.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales performance tracking.
- Ability to maintain team discipline, accountability, and consistent follow-up.
- Qatar or GCC market experience is preferred.
- Qatar driving license required.
