We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Sales Tailor.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Sales: Greeted customers, provided personalized style consultations, and achieved over target sales by offering expert product recommendations.
- Tailoring & Alterations: Performed precise alterations—including tapering, shortening sleeves, and resizing seams—to improve garment fit and customer satisfaction.
- Measurements & Fitting: Conducted accurate body measurements and communicated fitting requirements to clients to ensure high-quality, finished products.
- Client Management: Built strong client relationships, resulting in high customer retention rates and a, "best-in-store" reputation for service.
- Inventory & Visual Merchandising: Managed inventory.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Tailoring: Proficiency in sewing machines, hand-stitching, and garment construction.
- Sales Techniques: Skilled in luxury sales, upselling, cross-selling, and closing techniques.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for assessing customer preferences and styling.
- Efficiency: Ability to manage time effectively to meet tight fitting deadlines.
