Sales Support Representative SLED

What You’ll Do
Support Account Managers and customers throughout the order fulfillment process
Enter and monitor orders to help ensure timely, satisfactory delivery
Prepare quotes, research product questions, and assist with bids
Address stock, credit, shipping, and backorder issues
Provide responsive, high-quality customer service
Proactively follow up on open orders and service concerns
What You’ll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of relevant work experience
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
Strong organization, communication, and multitasking abilities
Excellent attention to detail and adaptability
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
A customer-focused approach and ability to build effective relationships
