Role Description
The Sales Support Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, responsible for supporting the sales team in managing leads, customer inquiries, and financing applications.
This role includes coordinating with banks and financing partners, preparing and updating sales reports, and ensuring accurate documentation of customer information and transaction details.
The Sales Support Officer will respond to customer questions, follow up on application status, and help resolve issues promptly to maintain a high level of service.
The role also involves assisting with the implementation of sales processes, contributing to continuous improvement, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness and client satisfaction.
- Analytical Skills to review data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Experience in Sales Operations, including lead management and process coordination.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, sales teams, and external partners.
- Background in Sales or sales support functions in financial services or related industries.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM tools) and comfort with digital platforms.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
