Job Purpose
We are seeking a motivated and career-oriented Sales Support Specialist to support sales and business development activities by coordinating customer engagements, maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and contributing to the growth of our business across Qatar.
Sales & Business Support
- Support daily sales and business development activities within the assigned territory.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments with healthcare professionals, including Interventional Radiologists, Cardiologists, Vascular Surgeons, and General Surgeons.
- Assist the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and supporting territory growth initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and sales activities.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain professional relationships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, and medical institutions.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers and maintain effective communication to support ongoing business opportunities.
- Deliver a high level of customer service while representing the company in a professional and ethical manner.
- Support customer engagement activities and assist in resolving day-to-day customer requirements.
Sales Operations
- Work closely with the Line Manager to coordinate sales operations, customer visits, and market activities.
- Assist in organizing meetings, product presentations, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and ethical business practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Sciences, or a related healthcare discipline.
- Previous experience within the medical devices, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry is considered an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to build professional relationships with healthcare professionals and medical institutions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to build a long-term career within the healthcare industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
- Professional proficiency in English is required; Arabic is considered an advantage.
- Candidates must currently be residing in Qatar.
