About the Role

What You Will Do

• Support the sales team with account setup, lead management, and data entry to keep customer records accurate
• Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotes, and follow up on orders and requests for a smooth customer experience
• Handle order entries, confirmations, and updates in the CRM to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Prepare sales reports, track key performance indicators, and maintain records that help the team hit their targets
• Help create presentations, proposals, and other sales materials for team and client meetings
• Gather information on competitors, market trends, and customer needs, in collaboration with the sales team
• Keep the CRM systems up to date, manage data entry for leads and opportunities, and help the sales team use the tools effectively
• Work closely with marketing, finance, and customer service to coordinate activities and resolve issues around orders, invoicing, or product availability

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
• One to three years in a sales support, sales coordination, or similar administrative role
• Detail oriented, organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
