About the Role
We are hiring Sales Support Executives to strengthen our commercial operations in Dubai.
These roles are designed for professionals with hands-on experience supporting sales functions within freight forwarding and multimodal logistics environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in managing air, sea, road and rail logistics inquiries.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and pricing sheets based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with carriers and internal pricing teams for rate requests.
- Handle documentation and follow up on customer inquiries, bookings and shipments.
- Maintain CRM records, sales trackers and pipeline visibility for management reviews.
- Assist in managing existing customer accounts to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales support.
- Strong understanding of routings, rates and carrier communication.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in English is required
