About the role
Support the sales team through administrative and coordination work, customer inquiries, quotes, sales materials, and accurate system records.
What you will do
- Support account setup, lead management, and data entry to keep customer records accurate.
- Respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and follow up on orders and requests.
- Process order entries, confirmations, and CRM updates accurately and on time.
- Prepare sales reports, track KPIs, and maintain records that help the team meet targets.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and other sales materials for team and client meetings.
- Research competitors, market trends, and customer needs with the sales team.
- Maintain CRM leads and opportunity data and help colleagues use sales tools effectively.
- Coordinate with marketing, finance, and customer service to address order, invoicing, and product-availability issues.
Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels; excellent verbal and written communication.
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
