Sales Supervisor

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Distribute sales targets among sales representatives and monitor their achievement.
• Supervise daily field activities and conduct regular market visits to ensure operational efficiency.
• Establish clear sales routes and ensure comprehensive customer coverage within assigned areas.
• Identify and onboard new customers, updating route lists as necessary to expand market reach.
• Review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), sales reports, and monthly performance results.
• Monitor vehicle loading, manage stock levels, and oversee daily financial settlements.
• Track in-store execution, promotional offers, and other marketing activities.
• Report on competitor activities, pricing adjustments, and emerging market trends.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and established trade standards.
• Coach and develop sales representatives to enhance their performance and capabilities.
• Required Experience
• Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in retail sales supervision or a similar field.
• Work Environment and Location
• This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves regular field activities and market visits.
