About the role
Lead a team of salesmen in the B2C direct channel to drive sales performance and field execution.
Develop the team to meet volume, coverage, and collection targets.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coach salesmen to achieve monthly and quarterly sales, coverage, and collection targets.
- Conduct field visits and joint calls to assess execution and customer relationships.
- Monitor route plans, visit compliance using tracking systems, and productivity KPIs.
- Review daily and weekly results and take corrective action on underperformance.
- Support credit control and timely collections.
- Identify business opportunities and support account acquisition in the assigned territory.
- Train and onboard salesmen on products, systems, and selling techniques.
- Prepare performance reports and escalate operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and promotional guidelines.
Requirements
- At least five years of field-sales experience, including at least three years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in FMCG, lubricants, automotive, or related distribution is preferred.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and sales tracking systems such as Oracle, CRM, or similar.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Fluent Arabic; English is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
