Job Description: Sales Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and commercially focused Sales Manager to support business expansion, increase revenue, and strengthen client relationships across the UAE. This role involves overseeing the full sales cycle while contributing to overall sales planning and team success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Handle the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact through to deal closure.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Create and present proposals, presentations, and commercial offers to prospective clients.
  • Track sales performance and consistently meet or exceed assigned targets.
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline effectively using CRM systems.
  • Keep up to date with market trends and identify potential areas for growth.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior team members when needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within a B2B setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
  • Skilled in building relationships and closing deals.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and commercially minded.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools.
